Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Doorive, operated by Taviqora LLC ("we", "our"), lets you photograph flyers, door hangers, and mailers and search them later. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Account info — your email address, via Amazon Cognito (email/password) or Google Sign-In. If you use Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo as permitted by Google's sign-in consent screen.
- Flyer photos and extracted data — photos you choose to scan, and the business name, category, offer, dates, phone number, and website our system extracts from them.
- We do not collect your device contacts or calendar in bulk. Contacts and Calendar access is used only at the moment you tap "Save to Contacts" or "Add to Calendar" for one specific flyer, and only to write that one entry.
- Usage analytics — which features you use (for example, scanning a flyer, running a search, or saving to Contacts) and when, tied to your account. This never includes flyer photos, extracted business details, or the content of anything saved to your Contacts or Calendar.
How it's used
- Flyer photos are sent to Anthropic's API to classify and extract the flyer's details. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf to power that feature; see Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Your flyer records and photos are stored on Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB and S3), associated with your account, so you can search them later and access them from any device you sign into.
- We use a product analytics provider (PostHog) to understand how people use Doorive and to improve it. In the app, this is limited to actions and timestamps tied to your account — never flyer photos or extracted business details. On this website, visits are tracked anonymously, with no account association. See PostHog's privacy policy.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your choices
- You can remove any individual saved flyer from within the app at any time.
- To delete your account and all associated data, see how to request deletion — we'll process it manually while an in-app option is being built.
- You can also request access to or correction of your personal data — see the Account & privacy section of our Support page.
